Store Technology Group ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our custom ERP system, STG-ERP ("the Service"), collects, uses, stores, and shares your information.

By accessing or using STG-ERP, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

A. Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and login credentials used to access the ERP.
  • Business Data: Data inputted into the ERP system, including inventory logs, financial records, employee records, customer lists, and sales data.

B. Automated Information

  • Usage Data: We collect logs on how you access the Service, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and time/date stamps.

C. Information from Third-Party Integrations (Google User Data)

This section specifically details data accessed via Google APIs if you choose to integrate your Google Account with STG-ERP.

  • Google Account Info: If you use "Sign in with Google," we collect your email address and basic profile information to authenticate your identity.
  • Google Workspace Data: If you enable specific integrations (e.g., exporting reports to Google Drive, syncing calendars, or reading emails for CRM functionality), we may access the specific data scopes you grant us permissions for.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  1. Service Delivery: To provide ERP functionality (inventory management, financial reporting, HR tools).
  2. Authentication: To verify your identity and secure access to your tenant.
  3. Customer Support: To diagnose technical issues and provide assistance.
  4. Communication: To send system alerts, security notifications, and administrative updates.
  5. Legal Compliance: To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Google User Data & "Limited Use" Compliance

This section is legally required for compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

STG-ERP's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

A. Limited Use

We strictly limit the use of data accessed via Google APIs to providing or improving user-facing features that are prominent in the STG-ERP interface. We do not use Google User Data for any other purpose.

B. Prohibited Practices

  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell Google User Data to third parties.
  • No Advertising: We do not use Google User Data for personalized, re-targeted, or interest-based advertising.
  • No Creditworthiness: We do not use Google User Data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

C. AI/ML Training

We do not use data obtained from Google Workspace APIs (such as emails or Drive files) to train generalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models.

D. Human Access to Data

We do not allow humans to read your Google User Data unless:

  1. We have obtained your affirmative agreement for specific messages (e.g., for tech support).
  2. It is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse).
  3. It is necessary to comply with applicable laws.
  4. The data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our Service (e.g., cloud hosting providers like AWS/Azure, email delivery services). These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your data and only use it for the services we request.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
  • Business Transfers: If Store Technology Group is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal and business data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.

  • Active Accounts: Data is retained while your account is active.
  • Google Data: Google User Data is retained only as long as required to perform the specific function (e.g., a session token) and is deleted upon disconnection of the integration.
  • Deletion: Upon contract termination, data is deleted or anonymized within [e.g., 90 days] in accordance with our Terms of Service.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
